Appears to be ledger of Justice of the Peace John Montgomery charged with collecting past taxes. Most of the lands appear to be undeveloped lands in the mountains to the north and west. "By land not to be found" suggests that the tax information came from a source other than the county; usually warranted, but not surveyed or patented. Names represent numerous destinguished Pennsylvanians of the time.1772
