These volumes contain transcriptions of the “Application for Burial of Deceased Soldier” forms begun in 1885. Information includes: name of deceased soldier, sailor, or marine; rank, company, and regiment; date of discharge; occupation; date of death; place of burial; and remarks. A “Statement of Account” regarding burial expenses is present with certification information by a notary public and three witnesses.

Restrictions: Previous fifty (50) years from current year require permission from the Office of Veterans Affairs.
