Description
Inventories of the record holdings of the various Cumberland County offices and departments.
Inventory 1: WPA (Work Projects Administration) inventory to survey records of all offices. Present are also original worksheets with profile descriptions of series for the following offices: Commissioners, Coroner, Poorhouse, Probation, Prothonotary, Sheriff, and Treasurer, as well as two papers relating to the WPA project to document veteran grave sites in Cumberland County.
Inventory 2: Summary inventory of county records loaned in 1978 to the Cumberland County Historical Society with a 2010-2013 inventory accounting prior to return in 2013.
Inventory 3: Pennyslvania Historical Museum Commission (PHMC) Inventory in 1985-1986.
