Description
                    Papers filed by plaintiffs, defendants and/or their attornies or generated by the court for cases prior to judgment. Types of papers may include: precipes; original writs; narratives; rules of reference; affirmations; depositions; interrogatories; justice of the peace writs of certiorari and appeals; bail bonds; divorce papers; and proceedings for lunancy and habitual drunkedness.
Note 1: Series ends in 1965, but separate boxes of single cases covers to 1940…1995.
Note 2. Series continues as SUITS in1979.
Arrangement:  Chronological by year and therein by court term and numerical case number for each term. Oversized cases 1925-1995 begin after the regular Civil Case Papers.
