Tax Lien Judgement Forms for civil case judements recording State liens against estates. Included also is correspondence from the State Department of Revenue that often includes lists of liens or clarification on specific estates. The forms provide the court year, term, and case number to access information in the Prothonotary's files. Also on the form is any interest due and payment made. The forms were sent to the Register of Wills for research as to status.
