                    A financial record of disbursements showing Order or check number, to whom paid, and amount. Purpose for payment often entered. Note 1: Two ledgers (number 1 & 2) existed prior to 1849 as the 1849-1864  volume indicates "3" on the spine, but are missing.
Arrangement: Chronological by year and then by County department.
