Description
Bills for supplies, services rendered, salaries of county officials, etc. that were submitted to the County Commissioners for payment. Information includes date bill submitted and itemization statement with total amount of bill (many on letterheads), date Commissioners "ordered" the bill to be paid, order number, and appropriate signatures. Many orders include support papers, such as vouchers paid. "OG" indicates "Order Given" to the Treasurer to pay the bill.

Arrangement: Chronological by year and therein sequentially by Order number with some years starting with the next number from the previous year.
