Annual report by the County Commissioners to the State's Adjutant General as required by PA 1864 Act 211 Section 6 regarding county persons liable for military duty. In addition to the date of the report and appropriate signatures, the total number enrolled, total number exempt, and the final total number subject to military duty for each township and borough, as well as the date of the county Appeals Hearings, are entered on the official state form. Also present in this series are letters of acknowledgement from the State that the reports have been received and report drafts.
