Documents relating to proceedings in divorce case. Types of papers include petition of libellant, subpoenas, Court orders for public notice, interrogations, depositions, bills of costs, and divorce decree.
Note 1. SEE "Info 1" in the "Inventory" for descriptions of these papers. Note 2. Originally filed with the Prothonotary's Civil Case Papers, they were removed prior to 2010 to establish a separate series. This series is continued as Final Divorces series 1914-1965. After 1965, divorce papers are again filed in the Civil Case Papers series.
Arrangement: Chronological by Court year, term, and case number.
