Bonds of administrators of estates. Posted by the person chosen by the court to administer an estate and ensure that the administration is done satisfactorily according to law. Information includes names of decedent (sometimes with residence) and administrator; bond condition and amount; date of bond and filing; filing number; and signatures of witnesses, administrator, and Register of Wills. A companion document of the administrator's oath to carry out the bond conditions may be present. Note 1: 1962 to present are filed with Estate Records.
Arrangement: Alphabetical groupings by surname of decedent and therein by numerical filing number corresponding with date of filing.
