Description
Treasurer's copies of deeds to unseated property sold for taxes by the Treasurer as directed by the County Commissioners. Information includes name(s) of property owner, location, description of property, tax years, years of delinqency, penalities, buyer's name, sale price, signature of treasurer, and any redemption information.
Note 1. Many years include deeds to Commissioners for unsold land at the public vendue.
