Sections 2-7 are assumed to refer to the Federal "PEP" program (Public Education Program; forrunner to the Federal CETA proram - Comprehensive Employement Training Act) and are employee pay accounts for 1971-1975 with employee name, assignment, employment start and termination date, and categories for hours, gross pay, taxes, net pay, and balance. Section 8 is "Flood EEA-42-2-006" and is assumed to refer to recovery from the Agnes Flood of 1971. Employee Time sheets are included.
